Jonathan comes from a background of service as a law enforcement officer, where he was nearly fatally shot in the line of duty in 2010. He made a full recovery and was nominated as officer of the year for the state of Georgia that same year. In 2011 he left law enforcement to successfully establish and run CrossFit 30004 and Power Athletics functional training business in Alpharetta, which he is still actively involved five days a week training adults and children.
During that time from 2011-2024, in addition to his full time coaching and training business, he also founded 2 non-profits, has worked personal protection for a now sitting Georgia congressional representative, performed private detective work in civil court cases, as well as public speaking engagements and collaborations with physical therapists and other medical professionals. He is also in the process of writing a book.
His attention to detail is paramount in providing excellence to customers using the latest in techniques and technology in sports performance and health.
Jonathan brings that knowledge, training and experience to providing you with the highest level of service. His experience, professionalism, work ethic, as well as his longstanding experience, personal and professional connections are second to none.
He is an unapologetic Christian, an outspoken man of integrity, a critical thinker and a man of action. He has 3 girls, an amazing woman, her wild little boy, a laid back 11 year old rescue pup named Angus and a big headed 2 year old "step dog" named Hank.
